Working out at the gym is one of the ways to build muscles, but you must remember to fuel your muscles with the right food so that they can grow and stay lean. Although we need to take in proteins to build those muscles, it is wrong to assume that we need ONLY proteins for muscle building. Your body needs enough calories for muscle conversion to take place. Do I need to invest in a gym membership?
